What are ARETE hours?
We are open 6 days a week from 4.00am to 8.00pm Mon to Fri and 6.00am to 10.00am Sat. See schedule for details
Can anyone join Arete CrossFit?
Absolutely! We welcome you and pride ourselves on meeting you where you are on your fitness journey no matter your experience to ensure you can participate safefely and effectively.
What types of nutrition advice do you have?
Our nutrition advice is structured to "FUEL" and complement your Health, Energy, and Life goals.
Is there a community aspect to Arete?
Absolutely. At ARETE, this is the foundation which we are built on, community spirit, community support and community motivation.
How does the Members Only App benefit me?
Our app provides scheduling convenience, progress tracking, and community interaction.
Do ARETE offer any trial periods?
Yes, we invite you to start with our 7 Day Arete Experience. It’s the perfect way to get to know our community.
Is personal coaching available?
Yes, we offer personal training sessions tailored to your individual goals and needs.
Are there any special events or competitions at ARETE?
Yes, we host our Birthday Bash (Sept) and The Arete Throwdown (May) competitions annually, alongside an active social club and Run Club.
Can I access the gym outside of class times?
Yes, our open gym is available during opening hours.
What facilities are available at Arete?
Our facilities include the use of our Recovery Room with Infrared Sauna and Ice Bath along with shower and toliet facilities. Towels are provided.
