Welcome to Arete CrossFit.

We are Hawkesburys Premier CrossFit facility. We are the sport of fitness.

CrossFit is a wholistic approach to health and wellbeing and anyone can train with us. We have created an environment where our members perform ‘movements for life’ and train with and for a purpose.

Arete CrossFit is mums and dads, professionals, tradies, husband and wives, medical professionals, social workers, young, old and everyone in between. We have such a diverse community and CrossFit caters for us all. We scale workouts so if you have challenges you still compete and achieve.

If you are new to training, we scale workouts so you start off with the most important aspect of training, correct technique. Arete CrossFit is a training environment where everyone can achieve their BEST.

Monday to Friday: 5:30am to 8pm

Saturday: 7am to 12pm

Sunday: 9am to 12pm
