Arete Throwdown 2021

I declare myself and my team partner to be physically sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, disease, infirmity or other illness that would prevent my participation in any activities within the facility or my use of any equipment.
You agree that if you engage in any physical exercise or activity or use any gym amenity on the premises or off premises, you do so entirely at your own risk. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and use of these facilities and premises and assume all risks of injury, illness or death. Arete CrossFit, are also not responsible for any loss of personal property. I will indemnify and keep Arete CrossFit, indemnified from and against all claims, losses, actions, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from any claim, suit, demand, action or proceeding by any person against any of those indemnified except to the extent that the claims, losses, actions, damages, costs and expenses have been contributed by Arete CrossFit.
